6. Shipping and Delivery

PURSUIT SUPERFOODS delivers orders within Tamil Nadu and to locations outside Tamil Nadu within India, subject to service availability.

Shipping Charges

  • Within Tamil Nadu: ₹40 per kg

  • Outside Tamil Nadu: ₹60 per kg

Shipping charges are calculated based on the combined weight of the product and its packaging.

Example:

Product weight: 900 g
Packaging weight: 100 g
Total shipping weight: 1 kg

Shipping charges will therefore be calculated based on 1 kg.

Estimated Delivery Time

  • Within Tamil Nadu: 3–4 working days

  • Outside Tamil Nadu: 5–6 working days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the delivery location, courier service, holidays, weather conditions and circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

7. Returns, Refunds and Exchanges

Returns, refunds and exchanges are governed by our Refund Policy.
